These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of EchoDesk services. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree, do not use EchoDesk services.
EchoDesk is a virtual call handling and business support service based in Florida, United States. EchoDesk provides call taking, inquiry handling, scheduling, bookings, follow ups, note taking, CRM updates, and related virtual office services.
EchoDesk services operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with a targeted 99.99 percent uptime.
While EchoDesk makes reasonable efforts to maintain continuous availability, uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, third party services, or circumstances beyond EchoDesk’s control.
Customer support is provided during normal business hours only, Monday through Friday, 10am to 4pm EST.
EchoDesk acts as a service provider based on instructions supplied by the client. EchoDesk does not provide legal, financial, medical, or professional advice.
EchoDesk does not guarantee outcomes, sales conversions, customer satisfaction, or business results resulting from call handling or information relay.
Clients are responsible for:
Providing accurate instructions, scripts, and business information
Ensuring they have legal rights to share customer or caller information
Maintaining compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Reviewing call notes, messages, and records for accuracy
EchoDesk is not responsible for errors caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated client information.
EchoDesk makes reasonable efforts to accurately capture and relay caller information. However, EchoDesk does not guarantee error free transcription, interpretation, or execution.
Clients acknowledge that all services involve human and system based processes and accept reasonable margins of error.
Fees, billing cycles, and payment terms are agreed upon separately. Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination.
EchoDesk reserves the right to modify pricing with notice.
Use of EchoDesk services is also governed by the EchoDesk Privacy Policy. EchoDesk processes data solely to provide services and does not sell client data.
All EchoDesk branding, materials, processes, and systems remain the property of EchoDesk. Clients may not copy, resell, or reverse engineer EchoDesk services or content.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EchoDesk shall not be liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Lost profits, revenue, or business opportunities
Errors, omissions, or delays in service delivery
Service interruptions beyond reasonable control
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client to EchoDesk in the preceding 30 days.
Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless EchoDesk from claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from misuse of services, violation of laws, or inaccurate information provided by the client.
EchoDesk may suspend or terminate services at its discretion for violations of these Terms, non payment, or misuse of services.
Clients may terminate services subject to agreed notice terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
EchoDesk reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
